Progress Report 2021-11-9 (Pixiv Fanbox)

Alright, here’s the new progress for the month. Unfortunately, not a whole lot of progress so far. Irl sort of busy still, but big consumer of my free time has been I finally got a new rig and OS. The move has gone fairly well with my 3 Skyrim installs moving over ok (2 LE for testing, 1 SE for testing/playing if I had time), so that was a huge time saver to not need to reinstall multiple Skyrims. 3ds Maxes and patching to be able to work on and export Skyrim animations worked out well too, and I confirmed I can still go through the whole process to get animations in-game.

There was still a lot of files to move over, and my folder structures are all mucked up, new OS (Win7 to Win10) has a bit of its own quirks that I wasn’t used to outside irl work, files not where I expect them to be, etc. Still some tings to fix up too, but overall, it looks like I’ve gotten it all mostly done at this point.

I’m sure anyone who’s swapped computers can relate. Anyway, new rig is better and I’ve got better performance in max, faster rendering, faster loading of files/Skyrim. So maybe I’ll be slightly more efficient going forwards. Or maybe it’ll stay the same because apparently redgifs changed again and I have to upload previews 1 at a time now. Very slow process now gggaaaaaaaaaahhh…

On that note I’m still going to try and get my standard number of animations in, but I’m not going to promise more than I can chew at this point.

For humans it’s going to be an invisible table animation that I’ve already got done, and then another 3p lesbian animation. Creatures are going to get a falmer lotus, and Sabrecat something I think. I’m trying for a reverse cowgirl, but it’s a bit tricker to do than the average creature. If I get these done, I’ll be trying for another human animation, and a creature something which I was hoping would be a werewolf 3p.
