Billyy SLAL Animations v3.72 - Update cuffed 69 stage 3 fix (Pixiv Fanbox)

Alright, another small patch but no other issues have been reported so I'll go ahead and release an update. This just fixes cuffed 69 stage 3 where both actors use the same animation and stack on top of each other.
