March General Update (Pixiv Fanbox)

Hi everyone, it’s Mistah Pasta here again. Thank you all for the support so far, we're almost at the end of the first quarter of the year! I feel like I make these update posts alot but I'd prefer to keep a clear communication with you all.

Update

I've received quite a few warning messages from FANBOX over the year about my posts. Sometimes I have a feeling that it's a false alarm because I try my best to follow their guidelines. If I'm being honest, I don't know if my FANBOX page will be shut down if I keep getting these warnings. So by next week, I will open up a few more ways for you guys to support me. Namely on: Gumroad and Fantia


I suspect the subscribing system on Fantia will be similar to FANBOX. Gumroad might be different, as I don't see it having a montly subscription option like here. I might also reopen my Patreon page.


I should mention that some contents might not be available on Gumroad and Patreon (contents involving Klee and Nahida, for example). So just treat it as extra options for now.


Anyway, when I finished setting up on those places, you will know.


(Also I just want to use this post as an excuse to make this Raiden / Scara image lol)

Gumroad is more of a storefront for individual content packs than a subscription service, but beware that they have announced a crack down on NSFW content recently. Most of the artists I follow with Gumroad stores are abandoning ship as we speak. Some have moved onto Itch.io, that might be an option. Subscribestar is also a possible choice for a subscription service - it's like Patreon, but doesn't care much about NSFW. I've seen a lot of NSFW projects have both Patreon and Subscribestar pages, just in case the former decides to nuke them.

Ah - it's sad to hear that Gumroad is cracking down NSFW contents. I've already tried registering on Subscribestar for months now. They still haven't approved my profile page - so I can't post anything. I might try my luck with Subscribestar again, since they are quite chill with NSFW. I really want to have a Subscribestar page tbh.

dam it really sucks hearing your page might be in great danger :( i think Fantia will be ok with this type of content (even the Nahida and Klee content) i don't know anything about subscribestar but if is a safe option then i will go to there and support you (also i don't know if subscriberstar can allow the Klee and Nahida content)

Yea, I checked. Fantia and Subscribestar are fine with Nahida and Klee type of content. Though, I'm having a problem with Subscribestar since they won't approve my page and I can't publish anything. I might try to create another account and try over.
