　正義のヒーロー防衛隊、総司令の娘が何者かに誘拐されてから数日が過ぎた…。そんなある日、防衛隊本部に差出人不明のビデオレターが届いた。ビデオレターの映像を再生すると、そこには全身サイボーグ姿の怪人が映し出された。

　電光と共に、怪人の仮面の口元から光が露出すると、髭を貯えた人間の素肌が表れる。そして、仮面やサイボーグスーツは徐々に人間の皮膚と見分けが付かなくなった。怪人が変身を終えると、ヒーロー防衛隊の総司令と瓜二つの人間となっていた。（そう、総司令はヤクザのような風貌なのだ）

　人間の姿となってようやく怪人が語りだす。

「正義の味方の諸君、ごきげんよう。　総司令、貴様の娘は我々が預かった。ククク、貴様の姿を借りたら娘は何の疑いもなく付いてきたぞ？さて、無事に娘を返して欲しくば金を用意して指定する場所まで来てもらおうか、さもなくば…」

　怪人のスーツが触手化し、怪人の全身が触手に飲み込まれようとする中、怪人の目が怪しく眼が光る。

　そして触手が再び人間の姿を取り戻す。今度は総司令の娘の姿として。

「パパ……悪い怪人に捕まっちゃってごめんね？」

　ビデオレターに投影された怪人は総司令の娘と瓜二つの顔と本人と変わらぬ声で喋った。

　不気味な触手にまとわりつかれても一切動じることない娘の姿を見て、

　総司令は目の前にいる娘が本人ではなく、怪人が化けた姿なのだと理解した。

One day, a video letter from an unknown sender arrives at the headquarters of the Defense Force. When the video letter is replayed, a villain wearing a full-body cyborg outfit is projected on the screen.

　With an electric light, the light exposes the mouth of the villain's mask, revealing the bare skin of a human being with a beard stored away. The mask and cyborg suit gradually became indistinguishable from human skin.

　When the villain's transformation was complete, he had become a human being who looked exactly like the Commander-in-Chief of the Hero Defense Force.

In his human form, Vilan finally begins to speak.

　The villain projected on the video letter has a face identical to that of the Commander-in-Chief's daughter and speaks in a voice that sounds just like her own.

　Seeing her appearance, which did not move at all even when clinging to the creepy tentacles, the Commander-in-Chief understood that the girl in front of him was not his own daughter, but a disguised form of the villan.
