Regarding the issue of black bars appearing at the top and bottom of the video, it may be due to aspect ratio problems that occur with some video players, depending on how the player processes the video file and the encoding settings of the video. Could you please check if this issue occurs with the following video players: Windows Media Player MPC-HC I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with your feedback. Thank you.
