I have done that... deleted her and downloaded again deleted all zipmods with "kafka" in the name and put this one here in... still no pants :O

I got bald head kafka with no eyes iris.

Go to "Character Creation" and find "irly overlays", click "load new texture" to load the "eye" texture in the compressed package.

I only find "Eye overlays" on the female character creation page, but there is no "load new texture". Did I go to the wrong page?

Hi there, if you still have this issue, you can try searching "Kafka" on mods folder to see if there're any different mods with "Kafka" in their name, and then remove them. For me, those files were in ".mods/Sideloader Modpack" and "./mods/Sideloader Modpack/cetol" folders and that was how I fixed the issue.
