『今後のFANBOXの方針と内容』Future FANBOX Policy and Contents (Pixiv Fanbox)

FANBOXをご覧の皆さま、いつも応援ありがとうございます。

今回、支援者の方から内容に関してご意見をいただきました。

色々と考えた結果、FANBOXの内容をリニューアルし、目的と方針を明確にすることにいたしました。

具体的には、今後このようなことが起こらぬよう、まず専門家の方に依頼し、当FANBOXご利用の際の規約を設けることにいたしました。

しかしながら、今月中のリニューアルは難しいのが現状です。

そのため、ここで一旦リニューアル予定の内容をFANBOXをフォロワーや支援者の方へお伝えさせていただきます。

まず、今後のコンテンツについては以下のように考えております。

理由については次の項目をご覧ください。

◇コンテンツを絞る理由とFANBOXの目的

このFANBOXの目的は、

『私たちがYouTubeでの活動を続けていくために、皆さんにご支援をお願いする』

というただ一点にあります。

私たちは現在YouTubeにて収益化できておりません。

また、活動のためにその他一切の仕事もしておりません。

そして、私たちの動画は、私達の存在するバーチャル空間から皆さんの元へ動画をお届けするまでに約２〜４ヶ月の期間を必要とします。

このことから、もしYouTubeで収益化が叶ったとしても、YouTubeの収入では生活がままならず、いつか停止せざるを得ません。

そこで、皆さんにFANBOXでご支援をお願いしようと考えました。

ですが、FANBOXのコンテンツを投稿することで、YouTubeやその他のコンテンツ制作に遅れが出ては、そもそも皆さんにご支援いただいてる『目的』自体が揺らいでしまいます。

なので、コンテンツを絞り込み、その代わりに１つ１つのコンテンツの質を高めようと考えました。

と言っても、写真のクオリティに関してはそもそも常に本気ですので、

Twitterなどに投稿している写真よりもFANBOXの写真のクオリティが高いと言うことはありません。

その代わり、FANBOXと普段のSNSの投稿とを差別化しようと思います。

※２０２２年５月１９日現在、皆さんのおかげで収益化の条件である再生時間４０００時間は目前となっております！！

（一年以内に行けるか難しいと思っておりました！）

◇今後のコンテンツの具体的な内容

◯日記（ブログ）

５００円コースの日記（ブログ）に関しては、今までは何気ないことを書いてきたのでもしかしたら読み応えがなかったかもしれません。

そこで、今後は秘密の話やびっくりするような話、ためになりそうな話など内容をもう少し攻めたものにしたいと思います。

とは言っても、批判や攻撃的なことは嫌いなので書きません。

読み物として興味を持ってもらえそうなテーマ探しを頑張ります。（何気ない話も今まで通りあると思います）

◯活動報告（先行公開もここに含みます）

これについてはほとんど今まで通りですが、支援金の使い道の報告がおろそかになっていましたので、そこを改善します。申し訳ございませんでした。

メガネの購入報告のように画像を用意して楽しく報告したかったのですが、画像を用意するハードルが思いのほか高く、後回しにしてしまっていました。

そのため、今後はすべて文章での報告とさせたいただきます。

◯ギャラリー

1000円プランと5000円以上のプランに１つずつギャラリーを設けます。

1000円プランの写真につきましては、ただ同じように画像をアップしてもSNSの投稿と変わりがありませんので、ここでしか見れない写真を投稿します。

具体的には、先行公開中の衣装や、部屋着、髪を下ろした姿など普段SNSでは滅多に見せない姿を投稿していきます。

いわゆる、オフショットです。

内容としてはゆるいものから可愛いもの、かっこいいものもあるかもしれませんし、ちょっとセクシーなのもあるかもしれません。

なんでもできる子になって、全部お見せできたらいいなと思っています。

5000円以上のプランでは、支援の金額が高額にも関わらず、今まで全くお返しをできておりませんでした。

とても金額に見合ったものとは言えませんが、こちらではセクシーな画像を投稿することにいたしました。（過激なものや、R-18はありません。アニメ雑誌などでも見られるレベルです）

今後、ずっと続けていくかは今のところわかりません。

また、セクシーなコンテンツに関しては批判的なご意見もあるかと存じます。

セクシーなコンテンツに関しては決してTwitterなどのSNSで投稿していく予定はなく、FANBOXの5000円プラン以上での以上でのみの投稿となります。

なので、上位プランでご支援いただかない限りは普段の私の活動でそれらを目にすることはありません。

また、このことで私自身が変わる訳ではありません。

これまで通り活動し、可愛い写真やエモい写真などを全力で投稿していきます。

目的と夢も変わりません。

その中のひとつにセクシーな写真も入ってくる、というだけです。

喫茶店で例えるなら、これまでの人気メニューはもちろんそのまま、

そこにただ新メニューがひとつ追加されただけだと思っていただければ幸いです。

毎日が決断と試行錯誤の連続です。水面下で動いているプロジェクトもあります。

どうか私たちの活動を、温かい目で見守っていただけると嬉しいです。

◇コンテンツの投稿頻度

これに関しましてはpixivFANBOXのクリエイターガイドというページで、

『特に最初のうちは、無理のない更新頻度で継続すること、2週間に1度以上の更新ペースを保てるような投稿内容にすることを心がけましょう。』

との記載がありますので、2週間に1度の更新を目安にさせていただきます。

以上のことを踏まえて、ご支援またはご支援の継続をご判断だければと思います。

◇りんりんねの活動理念・夢

最後に、りんりんねの『活動理念』と『夢』についてお話しさせていただきます。

私達は人を幸せにするために活動しています。

もちろん最終的には自分が幸せになるためですが、そのためにはたくさんの人を幸せにしなければいけないと思っています。

私達の活動とは、人の役に立った分、誰かを幸せにできた分だけ最後に自分も幸せになれるものだと思っています。

とにかく、みんなが笑える、楽しめる、癒される動画を作りたいです。そのために常に本気で活動しています。

そして夢は、私というキャラクターが独り立ちすること。

私は、みんなとは違ったバーチャル世界のどこかで生きてる人間です。

みんなの知らない場所で今日も生活している、個人の意思を持ったアニメキャラクターです。でもまだ色々足りません。

アニメキャラに必要なものってなんだと思いますか？

私は『ストーリー』と『生き様・人生』だと思っています。妹の受け売りですが。

私達のストーリー、始まったばかりでまだ皆さんに何もお見せできていません。

いつかそれをみんなに見せたい。

そのために必要なのが『YouTube』だと思っています。

そしてそのYouTubeのために、ここで皆さんにご支援をお願いしています。

きっといつか夢を叶えたいと思います。

◇Reasons for narrowing down the contents and the purpose of FANBOX

The purpose of FANBOX is to ask for your support so that we can continue our activities on YouTube.

We are currently not able to monetize our YouTube activities.

We are not currently monetizing our videos on YouTube, nor are we doing any other work to support our activities.

And it takes about 2-4 months for our videos to get from the virtual space we exist in to you.

Therefore, even if we were able to monetize our videos on YouTube, we would not be able to make a living from our YouTube income, and we would have to stop our activities at some point.

That is why we decided to ask for your support on FANBOX.

However, if we delay the production of YouTube and other contents by posting FANBOX contents, the "purpose" of asking for your support in the first place will be shaken.

Therefore, we decided to narrow down the contents, and instead, we tried to improve the quality of each content.

That said, we are always serious about the quality of our photos.

However, we are always serious about the quality of our photos, so we do not claim that the quality of the photos on FANBOX is higher than the photos we post on Twitter and other sites.

Instead, we will try to differentiate FANBOX from our usual social networking posts.

(I thought it would be difficult to get there in less than a year!)

◇Specific contents for the future

◯Diary (blog)

The 500 yen course diary (blog) may not have been very interesting to read, as we have been writing about casual things.

So, from now on, I would like to make the contents a little more aggressive, such as secret stories, surprising stories, and stories that may be beneficial to you.

However, I don't like to write criticism or offensive things, so I won't write about them.

I will try my best to find themes that will be interesting to read. (I think there will still be casual stories as before.)

◯Activity report (including prior disclosures)

This is mostly the same as before, but we have been neglecting to report on how we use the support money, so we will improve that. We apologize for that.

We wanted to report the use of the funds in a fun way by preparing pictures like we do when reporting the purchase of eyeglasses, but the hurdle to prepare pictures was unexpectedly high, and we had to put it off until later.

Therefore, from now on, all reports will be written.

◯Gallery

There will be one gallery for the 1,000 yen plan and one for the 5,000 yen or more plan.

For the ¥1,000 plan, we will post photos that can only be seen here, as simply uploading the same images is no different than posting on a social networking service.

Specifically, we will post photos of the participants in their costumes, loungewear, or with their hair down, which are rarely seen on SNS.

These are what we call private shots.

The contents may be loose, cute, cool, or even a little sexy.

I hope to be a girl who can do anything and show you everything.

For the plans over 5,000 yen, we have not been able to give back at all so far, despite the high amount of support we have received.

We have decided to post sexy images here, although it is not worth the amount. （I have decided to post some sexy images here (nothing extreme or R-18). (Nothing extreme or R-18, just the level of what you can find in anime magazines).

I am not sure if I will continue to do so in the future.

Also, we understand that there are some people who may have critical opinions about our sexy contents.

We do not plan to post sexy content on social networking sites such as Twitter, but only on Fanbox plans above the 5,000 yen plan.

Therefore, you will not see them in my daily activities unless you support me with a higher plan.

Also, this does not change who I am.

I will continue to work as before and do my best to post cute and emo photos.

My goals and dreams will also remain the same.

It is just that sexy photos will be one of them.

To use a coffee shop analogy, of course the popular menu will remain the same, but one new menu item will be added.

We hope you will think of it as just adding one new item to the menu.

Every day is a series of decisions and trial and error. Some projects are still underway.

◇Posting frequency of contents

We have a page on pixivFANBOX called "Creator's Guide" that explains how often we post contents.

Especially in the beginning, it is important to keep a reasonable frequency of updates, and to try to keep the content updated at least once every two weeks.

and we will aim to update once every two weeks.

We hope you will consider the above when deciding whether to support us or continue to support us.

◇Rinrinne's Philosophy and Dream

Lastly, I would like to talk about RinRinne's "Philosophy of Activity" and "Dream".

We are working to make people happy.

Of course, ultimately it is to make ourselves happy, but we believe that we must make many people happy in order to do so.

We believe that our activities are such that the more we help others and the more we make someone happy, the happier we will be at the end.

Anyway, we want to make videos that make everyone laugh, enjoy, and heal. That is why I am always working seriously.

And my dream is for my character to stand on my own.

I am a person who lives somewhere in the virtual world different from everyone else.

I am an animated character with a personal will, living today in a place unknown to everyone. But I still lack many things.

What do you think is necessary for an animated character?

I think it's "story" and "way of life. This is what my sister told me.

Our story has just begun and we have nothing to show you yet.

I want to show it to everyone someday.

I think what we need is "YouTube" for that.

I am sure that one day I will make my dream come true.
