長かった冬が去り、春が近づいています。

皆さん健康に気をつけて、2月の締めくくりをしっかりしてください。

早速本論に入りますと、

このような文を書く理由は補償作業物の方式を以前のように戻そうとしています。

以前の報酬は、投票によって 4 人のキャラクターを選抜し、1 つの報酬につき 2 つのイラストを描きました。

変えた報酬案は、キャラクター推薦により週に2人のキャラクターを選抜し、1つの報酬につき1つのイラストを描きました。

しかし、昨年11月から変えたこの補償案は、むしろ手に負えないだけでなく、リターンははるかに少なかったです。 むしろ、全体的にマイナス効果が出たのではないかと思います。

僕も満足していないし、 ファンの皆さんも満足していなかったと思います。

ということで、作品1つにつきイラスト2つ、月4つの作品を描こうと思います。

代わりにキャラクターの選定方式を投票ではなく、キャラクターの推薦に変えようと思います。

適用は3月から始めます。

To get right to the point, the reason why I'm writing this is because I'm trying to undo the way the reward works used to be.

In the previous reward, four characters were selected through voting and two illustrations were drawn per reward.

The changed reward plan selected two characters per week through character recommendation, and drew one illustration per reward.

But this compensation package, which has been changed since November last year, is not only more affordable, but has had far fewer returns. Rather, I think there was a negative effect overall.

I'm not satisfied either, and I don't think the fans are satisfied either.

So, I'm going to draw two illustrations per work, four works per month.

Instead, I would like to change the selection method of characters to character recommendation, not voting.

The application will start in March.
