[Poll Winner] WIP 2 Sailor Pluto (Pixiv Fanbox)

I had a really good and relaxing sleep, interestingly enough I slept relatively short compared other times I was awake that long. I don't think the shading should be too complicated on this one so it might be done relatively fast. I'm also gonna work on the Eula pic parallel to this one. anyways like always i hope you like it and let me know what you think of it.
