Babysat 2 SCAT WARNING L (Pixiv Fanbox)

This is a classic case of "if you give a mouse a cookie...". Lizzie, the little sister from Babysat has been using her big brother as a fluid dump for weeks now. Today, she seriously has to "go" in public and so she decides that the same brother who had been taking her fluids was perfect to take the rest of her bodily functions as well.
