The Celestial Dragons kept torturing Luffy in the past 7 years.

Luffy’s body has long been broken and deformed by the Celestial Dragons. The Celestial Dragons played Luffy’s body brutally and over time, his sex organ was ruined, crushed, and eventually shattered long before his death.

After they got Bored with his broken and overused body, they handed Luffy to the World Government for execution at the town square of Loguetown. Luffy was put into public display for two weeks before the actual execution took place. A huge and rough pole was forced into Luffy’s anus all the way through his body and comes out from his mouth. The process was so rough that his tongue was torn off when the tip of the pole came out from his mouth. The pole, with Luffy on it, was fixed on the execution scaffold. Yet, Luffy's modified body wouldn't stop discharging bodily fluid during the display.

On the day of execution, the remaining Straw Hats, who were also toys of the Celestial Dragons, were brought to the square to witness the event. Luffy was shot dead by dozens of Marne soldiers with standard rifles. The Sea-Prism Stone rings that are hanging on Luffy’s huge and lactating nipples drained his energy and allowed the bullets that shot from afar to pierce through Luffy's muscles easily. Although he couldn't make any sound, it is said that Luffy still struggled for almost half an hour before he stopped moving. Luffy's execution, which was tailored by the Celestial Dragons, was the most brutal and humiliating execution ever carried out. That guarantees that Monkey D. Luffy will go down in history as the King of Losers.

And that is the final destiny of the Straw-hat who used to have a big dream.
