Do we have access to those works through other channels?

redcomet

I think I can post my sample work on Pixiv without any problem but I can post only download links for some works on Fanbox instead. Because they don't mention any prohibited on regular Pixiv.

An I will increase more channels in the future too. Now I will wait and see what will happen first ^ ^

A lot of artists are talking about heading to Fantia. Is that something you would consider doing as well? Whatever you choose to do, I'll gladly continue following you and your work!

pixivの規約改定の件について創作物(現在投稿中の絵等)に関する内容は利用規約7条であって今回の問題は第14条26項(実在する本物の物品)なのでfanboxは今まで通り影響は無いと思いますよ。

I noticed that in the description of the new rules it was specified that it was some financial companies that initiated the ban, which reminds me of the previous changes made by dlsite, as some of the products included in the tags were not allowed to be purchased through the corresponding payment methods, so a system of payment in points was introduced to circumvent the ban in this way. But Pixiv and dlsite are two different sites after all, and I'm not sure if they will take similar measures to solve this dilemma. For example, Pixiv has also taken strict censorship measures on the previous ban related to racing maidens, and many non-r18 racing maiden works have been hidden from view. Of course, the new rules will certainly have a large impact on Pixiv's revenue, perhaps the official will take a different style of handling. But until the new notice is released, we are all in anxiety.😥

I hope we can safely pass through this difficult period. But no matter what, I will always respect and support your decision.🥰🥰

the possible reason explaining the ban is the rampant real CP that some users posted on Pixiv. however, it seems Pixiv went to the "diversity and inclusion" way and letting that as a trigger. not to mention, it is not a federal crime in the US about loli unless being impossible to distinguish with the real ones, so it doesn't seem the payment processer changed their terms to pressure the platforms for now. i also heard that Fantia is enforcing this along with Pixiv and Request. the whole situation can be reflected with a comic by Stonetoss: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Fg60Y6zaUAIZUe_?format=png&name=medium

I asked some of my artist friends and they said that fanbox's new rules may not require us to remove or ban certain images from being posted, just to not post them directly on fanbox. For example, we could post the new loliR18 images as a zip, or just give a download link. Thus bypassing censorship, except that we may not be able to provide a preview image, but only a Pixiv link. Just as some artists publish their works without mosaics in this way. If this works, that's great news!🥰🥰🥳🥳

Thank you. I will remove only images from Fanbox but the link files will be remain so don't worry ^ ^
