Potential schedule change becomes reality (Pixiv Fanbox)

Remember in my last post when I mentioned the possibility of my schedule changing to 3.5 days a week instead of a full five-day workweek (which is often overtime). Well, that's happening. Not immediately but on the shorter end of the timeline. I thought it'd be last year but it's looking more like the beginning of November. All my work benefits and privileges stay the same. That means three long-ass 12-hour days and a markedly shorter 4-hour day. I'm aiming to have it Monday through Thursday so I can have that Friday off and have some facade of a 3-day weekend every week. We have a new hire coming and they'll take the other days so that there's a continuous workflow. I'm still trying to take it slow since my grip is a little sore from my job. Don't let these Vikings gifs hype anything, I don't even have a session laid out yet. I'm still in the tweaking stage for the model itself. That's what I'll post next time. I need to make a Hitgirl shopping list, too, but don't get hyped over this, either. No way I'm doing that next. So I guess this counts as a win?
