Titan has four arms. And since he is bigger than Charlend , he must have more power. If Titan grabbed the wrists of Charlend arms, Titan would be able to punch Charlend in the stomach as much as he wanted.

A long time ago, in Dragon Ball, Tenshinhan used a technique called Shiyouken, which increases the number of arms to four. He grabbed Goku's wrists and ankles with each of his four arms, raised Goku's body above his head, and head-butted him with all his might in the stomach. At that point, Goku fought back by hitting Tenshinhan in the face with his tail, and escaped. If the Titan grabbed Charlend's wrists and ankles respectively, raised Charlend's body above his head, and head-butted him repeatedly in the stomach, Charlend would surely not be able to escape.
