Maybe dial back the shine a bit and add a hint of a vein (don't want to make it crazy pronounced). Love that you rendered the clitoris. Looks good.

I agree with Mr. Shield. The shine is a bit too much, a hint of a vein or the like might be good too, but I personally don't think it looks like a sausage
