そこで最近、pixivFANBOXから連絡がありIllusionから、私の作品に含まれるすべてのコイカツの内容に関して、著作権侵害の申し立てがあったとのことです。 そのため、PixivFANBOXは私の過去の作品をすべて非公開にしたそうです。私は他にもイリュージョンやコイカツのクリエイターをたくさん知っているので、問題ないと思っていたのですが、どうやらこのようなことが問題になっていることは知りませんでした。

まだ状況を理解していないのですが、ざっと調べたところ、どうやらIllusionでは、許可なく商業的に資産を使用することを認めていないようです。とにかく、Illusion社に連絡して、何らかの合意ができないか、あるいは正式にコイカツの資産を使用する許可を得られないかを確認する予定です。

Illusionがノーと言ったとしても、私はコイカツのアニメーションを作り続け、ゲームも作り続けるつもりです。ゲームは無料で公開する予定でした。今回の件で、アニメーションの無料化も検討しなければならないかもしれません。

そのため、2週間ほどアニメーション制作をお休みさせていただくことになりました。物事を整理する時間が必要なのです。進展や何か変化があれば、また更新します。古い作品については、アーカイブして現在のサポーターに配布する方法を考えようと思います。

皆様、ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。Kanaはまだどこにも行くつもりはありません。

So I was recently contacted by pixivFANBOX who said that they received a copyright complaint from Illusion regarding all my works that contain Koikatsu content. PixivFANBOX has also made all of my prior works private due to this. I was not aware that this was apparently an issue since I know of many other Illusion and Koikatsu creators so I thought it was fine.

I am still trying understand the situation but based on my quick research, apparently Illusion does not allow the use of their assets in any sort of commercial capacity without permission. Anyways I've decided that I am going to attempt to reach out to Illusion and see if we can come to some sort of agreement or if I can formally obtain permission to use their assets.

If they say no, I still plan to continue making Koikatsu animations and continue making my game. I was already planning on releasing my game for free but with this recent development I may have to consider doing the same for my animations.

With all that said I will be taking a 2 week hiatus from making animations because I need time to sort things out and reach out to Illusion. I will post further updates as things move forward and if any changes will be made. Regarding all my older works, I will try to figure out a way to archive and distribute them to current supporters.
