自分の感想としては、変なところはないです。 むしろ何とか耐えようとしつつ、耐えられなくて耳が反応しちゃうの良いですよね。

Yes, I like how her ears move as a reaction to her discomfort. I don't think there's anything wrong with the ear movement themselves. Loving how big her belly gets.
