Howdy folks!

I haven't been around much, not because im a lazy cunt but I have been busy importing assets and learning some new skills.

Anyway I have always been looking around for a good solution to capturing vams output in VR format. I could do this with OBS but it couldn't also capture reshade.

Anyway I decided to just use VR through reshade seeing as its hooked into the depth-plane its the same as being in VR.

So as a test I captured this old animation which was super popular when it dropped, I don't know if ive ever had sarah as cute OR enthusiastic looking as she was in this.

If you go into the post linked below, in the animations folder there's a new folder called VR (Testing).

Now I loaded the file using Heresphere player which is the best player in my opinion.

My settings were (fisheye)- Side-by-Side and then I adjusted the distance to the left which pushes the image back a bit. I have a lot of fucking around to do, getting the vam FOV and translating it properly into the vr shader is simple but it means each time I gotta go back and re-record it. So rest assured I am trying, once I get it properly set up ill copy down the vr settings so each new preset can be recorded in the future and keep some kind of continuity in vr experience.

So what I would like is for you to give it a test and please don't forget to adjust it. I am working on getting it right but I have about 5 plates spinning at the same time and juggling doing this is almost breaking my ball and I have a lot of settings to adjust, this is going to take me a while to figure it all out so user experience is right.

Enough excuses, give it a whirl.

Original resolution :1440.
