Growing Up Previews

So I made something i'm sure could get some souls excited here, something I call a growing up pack. This is something I made before, but for those who don't know this is basically a character pack that contains entire age range which in this case is from 10yo to 18yo, I wish I could make a bigger range, but what I do is already colossal work.

Usually when I make a model I always keep specific age in mind so I could set things like height, size and shape of body parts accurately according to bunch of data I found, for example head height from chin to top of the head for the average 12y boy is 22cm, while I coudn't find same data for girls I know that their heads are slightly smaller so let's assume it's 21 for girls (yes I have to do a lot of assuming too unfortunatly) and so what do I do with that information in VAM? I whip out my trusty virtual ruler, shove it into the head and make sure her head height is more or less correct.

I do bunch of similar things like that to make sure model is true to life and it does wonders for VR, but boy is it a pain in the ass when it comes to growing up packs, since not only do I have to make half a dozen models like that but also have to make age transitions consistant with each other, which is another pain in the ass. The actual growing up aspect I also try to make accurate with bunch of data I gathered like for example you can see long bones (legs, arms) being primary source of height gain or hips getting wider as she grows like in real life, and there are bunch smaller details like increase in lip thickness until age of 14(Lips stop getting thicker at age of 13-14), cheeks moving slightly back with age, nose tip getting wider and there are tons of small changes like that which is time consuming.

As you might figured, being able to find and convert all that information into actual model takes some real autistic dedication it's no wonder I don't often see similar thing being done.
