This months major project is finished. I mentioned this before somewhere, but for those who don't know the goal of this project was to make a tween body morph that doesn't distort the clothes so it could be used as a base for future models. It was a complete success. Not only does it hardly distort clothes, "exception being clothes that are meant for big breast", but the body itself also looks great, better than my previous works even and proportions look correct too. Using this as a base will save me a whole lot of time when making a model compared to making one from default model, I mean this morph took me a month to complete "I was nitpicking at everything, but still". Overall it's a great success and i'm ready to release first complete model tomorrow once I finish making pics. INSTRUCTIONS Var contains two morphs named "REM Tween Body" and "REM Tween Body breast" located in morph/body category, I also added appearance preset. Notes. I reccomend setting "smooth passes" to 2, if you set it to max it will smooth out little details, don't go below 2 either Also on this body some clothes look better with "wrap to smooth vertices" unckecked. See for yourself, you can locate this setting by pressing "customize" on clothing item and going to "adjustments" tab. If you run into any issues don't be a stranger :p Files: https://anonfiles.com/T8Re52B1x3/Tweenbodymorph_rar Extra Info. If you want to know why clothes become distored in the first place I wrote a quick rundown below The first thing you need to know is that all mainstream 3d models consist of a bunch of connected points in 3d space which are called vertices, they are what gives model it's shape. Morphs move those vertices which is how they change shape of the model. Clothes are made of vertices too since it's a 3d object, but since here they are meant to be worn by specific character all or part of the clothes vertices are tied to charater vertices, expection being the moving cloth parts, for example while the top of the skirt is tied to character vertices, the moving bottom part is usualy free. Since nature of morphs is moving vertices it can in certain cases move them in the way that can make clothes look wonky and more you deviate from default model shape that cloth was made for more your run a rist of making clothes look wonky, given nature of my models my morphs deviate a whole lot from default model, hence why clothes tend to look distorted on them.
