Okay, I can explain everything.

We really liked Joe in his phone interview and called him in for an audition. Unfortunately we forgot that our regular secretary was on vacation this week and our part time secretary, Bonnie, was covering for her. Needless to say, on such short notice, our choices were kind of limited.

Bonnie was happy to do the audition, Joe however, well, he was less than enthusiastic.
