Also a preview - I'm going to draw a few scenes of a precursor to the Leda women's prison: (The Leda Women's Prison has its roots in a system of female incarceration dating back to the 18th century. Suspected witches were taken away to monasteries to be ritually cleansed by the clergy, and the lay people could join in too for a fee. Clothilde seemed to all the world like an innocent peasant girl, but the clerics found her guilty of witchcraft after she was seen using her witchly powers to commune with beasts of the air.... )
