Is there a specific body scale the scenes are designed for?

Usually I use two sizes, -30 and 0, but sometimes 30. You can see from the pixiv page it has the body sizes I mentioned in that scene.

So I put the scene in the scenes folder. When I pull up timeline and try to move the scene over to it it says no files to handle. Trying to get scene to play. Timeline is installed correctly.
