「お知らせ」少し重要なアンケート (Pixiv Fanbox)

毎度ありがとうございます、フォリアです。

今回は少し別の話をしようと思います。

これからの方向性にも関係がある話で、皆さんの考えも聞きたくてこのようなポストを作成しました。

できるだけ多くの意見を聞くため全体公開にしました。

まず、今年の9月に活動1年を越え、数日前にはツイッターとピクシブで10万フォロワーを達成しました。

このすべては今まで支援してくださった皆様のおかげです。本当にありがとうございます。

しかし、覚えていらっしゃる方がいるかは分かりませんが、数ヵ月の間、Patreonを中止した時期があります。

一部の支援者がダウンロードリンクを他の人と共有した痕跡を発見したことが原因です。

そして最近、またそんな共有の跡を見つけ、不法共有サイトが存在することを知りました。この不法サイトからのダウンロードで生じる金銭的な被害は約３～４割程度だと見られます。

このような行為は、私を支援してくれる方々への侮辱であり、作家の作品を盗む行為と同様だと思います。

なので、私は支援してくださった方々のお金と時間が無駄にならないように努力しましたが、やはり個人的には解決できない問題でした。 二次創作を中心に活動する作家はDMCAを通じた著作権紛争を要請するのが難しい部分を狙ってこのような共有サイトを運営しているからです。

もちろんこのような共有は、PatreonやFanbox、Fantiaなどの支援サイト、デジタル販売サイトなどを利用して活動する人のほとんどが経験する問題です。

なので、ここでアンケートです。

First of all, September was my first anniversary as an artist. and a few days ago, I reached 100,000 followers on Twitter and Pixiv.

However, I don't know if any of you remember, but there was a time when I closed Patreon for a few months.

This was because I found traces of some of supporters sharing the download links with others.

Recently, I found traces of such sharing again, and learned of the existence of illegal sharing sites. The financial damage caused by this illegal site is estimated to be about 30-40%.

I believe that this kind of behavior is an insult to those who support me and is similar to stealing an artist's work.

So I made every effort to make sure that the money and time of those who supported me was not wasted, but it was still a problem that I personally could not solve. This is because authors who focus on secondary works run such sharing sites, targeting the areas where it is difficult to request copyright disputes through the DMCA.

Of course, this kind of sharing is a problem experienced by most people who work with Patreon, Fanbox, Fantia, and other support sites, as well as digital sales sites.
