７月も終わりですね～、本当に暑い日が続いてます！

暑いですが、レジャーやうなぎやスイカや冷たいビールに枝豆などなど夏の風物詩を楽しめる時期でもありますので

皆さん水分補給をし、熱中症や体調不良などにお気を付けて楽しんでください～♪

私は来月の中頃から、以前お伝えしました鼻の手術入院予定です！それまでに体調を整えなければ～❤

心残りは……今年こそ海へ行き！浜辺で水着のお姉さんを眺めながらキンキンに冷えたビールを飲もうと思っていたのに！

術後の快復にそれなりのお時間が掛かるらしいので計画はとん挫しました！(´;ω;｀)

It's the end of July - the days are really hot!

It's hot, but it's also the time of year when we can enjoy leisure activities, eels, watermelon, cold beer, edamame (green soybeans), and other summer delicacies.

Please stay hydrated and enjoy yourselves, and be careful not to get heat stroke or get sick.

I am scheduled to be hospitalized for nose surgery in the middle of next month! I have to be in good physical condition by then.

My only regret is that I can't go to the beach ...... this year! I was planning to go to the beach this year! I was going to drink a cold beer while watching girls in swimsuits on the beach!

But I heard that it will take some time to recover from the surgery, so my plans have been scrapped!
