What an exhausting day! >.<;; Still quite tired from the debut stream on Twitch. As you guys know, English isn't my first language so it was quite challenging saying as much as I did on live stream as I did. I probably butchered a lot of pronunciation during the stream, especially when I was singing Fallen Angel (Panty and Stocking ED). For anyone who might be interested to see the VOD. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/811331029 But considering I didn't spend as long as I should have for a proper debut stream like most other people, I think I did fairly well. I said all the things I wanted to, covered my intro, and went over some of the travels I did as a digital nomad which I've done throughout my Freelance Art career but never said it out loud like that. It does get me thinking though... maybe I should have shared more photos of my travels on my social media. I just never chose to because I didn't think it was that interesting. That and I kind of stopped taking photos. I should really take them more often hmm... As for my throat right now... yeah I don't think I'll be singing on stream very often. hahaha xD I kept telling myself what was I even thinking adding this into the planner. I mean if I had to ask myself whether I enjoyed it or not, I guess I did but ugh... xD ANYWAYS! So, Mona! Everyone's favorite astrologist extraordinaire who is quite penniless. The immediate design reminds me of Hestia from Danmachi in that they both share the same hairstyle and they're both kind of on the just above poverty line. I really enjoyed the story they wrote for her, both her personal side story quest and the current event story featuring Mona and Fischl. We also got a lot more dialogues from Oz which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise nonetheless xD I wonder if this means we'll potentially get more dialogues from other summonable creatures like Baron Bunny and Guoba in future content. As much as I really like Mona's character designs with intricate patterns/trinkets and the sexy thighs... I don't know, I found myself really struggling with this piece. I don't even know where to even begin explaining what I was struggling with but if I had to place a finger on it... I'd say it's in an unusual angle to draw in an unusual pose. Like, I have a rough blueprint of what I want to draw in my mind but the end result wasn't quite reaching that result as I'd liked and that prompted me to redraw the face several times over. Mmm if I had to give a more practical example that everyone might be able to relate to, it's as if you have this itch somewhere and you scratch the itch but you're still itchy somewhere. I don't know, art is hard to explain. But so are words. I'm kind of glad I finally managed to finish it! It's time to move on and focus on many other cute waifus that I can draw~ ^ Oh, right.
