This is a concept from a few years ago (you can see it by the quality of the pic and Cream's hair). Butter and Marmalade are the two young cousins of Cream. they look up to her many reasons :) and she takes care of them sometimes, as a responsible adult family member, helping them to get clean or taking them to the school.
