After a bit of discussion who to draw for Episode 4 of Azur Lane, I ended up picking Observer instead of my other potential girls, Takao and Sheffield. I ended up with this decision after I saw how much details and budgets they put into the scene and Observer face are just irresistible, so I knew I had to do it!
