"Mothers, are you asleep yet?" should be "Do you think mom is asleep?" as he is asking his sister and not his mother. Mom is informal and a person would only refer to their mother as mother as a form of respect. "We often have sex after my parents go to bed" should be "...after our parents..." because they share the same parents. Lastly, "Don't make too loud, okay?" should be "Don't be too loud, okay?" or "Don't make loud noises, okay?" as the one does not make loud. Other than those three awkward sentences the rest is good. Nice manga too.
