[Notice of correspondence regarding new policy][English] (Pixiv Fanbox)

pixiv has announced the details of the new terms and conditions.

The new terms state that illustrations are subject to regulation at the discretion of the management. If the three characters I often draw in my Fanbox are considered "under 18 years old (children)" and the usual 18-rated diffs are judged to be "sexual acts without consent," it seems that almost all of my posts will be rejected.

In other words, it depends on the decision of pixiv management, so I don't know when it will be said to be subject to regulation.

Since I don't know if the crackdown will be stricter than before after December 15, it seems that I will have to wait and see what the management comes up with after the 15th.

For now, the current FANBOX operation will remain in place, and when an article is deemed out of order, the article will be deleted from FANBOX and a free fantia ticket will be issued for the current month, so that the deleted article can be viewed on fantia.　*If too many articles are deemed to be regulated, FANBOX may once again be considered for closure.

The terms and conditions will be enforced from mid-December, so it would be better to download all past back numbers before then just in case. fantia's free tickets are issued for the current month, so if pixiv asks me to delete past articles, there will be no way to view them under the current situation. (fantia does not yet sell back numbers older than two months.)
