ToS update (Pixiv Fanbox)

I'll put the image to the listings for the new ToS change, but tl;dr apparently it doesnt apply to manmade art and only does to irl images and AI generated. This means we wont be affected by the changes, so thats a relief.

Anyway, everything should technically go as usual.
