pixiv利用規約変更による対応のお知らせ / Notice of response to changes in pixiv Terms of Use (Pixiv Fanbox)

すでにご存じの方も多いかと思われますがpixivの利用規約ご変更に伴った対応のお話です。

私が現在fanboxにアップロードしている作品の中に利用規約に反する作品がいくつか見受けられる為こちらの方でいくつかの方針を立てています。

・fantiaへの完全移行(バックナンバーは利用せず今まで通り月額ですべての作品が閲覧できるようにする予定です)

・fanoboxにアップした作品はすべて削除

・fantiaでの支援内容はfanboxと全く同じ

あくまで注意してほしいのがこれは確定ではないということです。pixiv側は今月の下旬に新しい利用規約を公表するとのことです。その内容次第ではfanboxのご利用を続けられるかもしれません。なので現状は移転を見据えつつ最終的な判断は今月下旬まで保留という形を取らせていただきます。その際は追ってまたご報告いたします。

As many of you may already know, this is a notice of response to changes in pixiv Terms of Use.

I have found some of the works I am currently uploading to fanbox to be in violation of the terms of use, so I have decided to take a few actions.

1. Complete transition to fanobox (no back numbers will be used and all works will be available for a monthly fee as before).

2. Delete all works uploaded to fanobox.

3. The support content in fantia will be exactly the same as in fanbox.

Please note that this is not a definitive agreement. pixiv will announce the new terms of service later this month. Depending on the content of the new terms, you may be able to continue using fanbox. So, we will hold off on making a final decision until the end of this month while we look into the relocation. We will report back to you as soon as possible.
