利用規約改訂を受けての今後の方針/My posting policy (Pixiv Fanbox)

いやーもぉ運営ちゃん散々待たせてタイムリミット寸前での新規約公開でしたね。しかしまぁ最初の予告でちゃんと「実写は禁止」を明確に出さなかったのは何故でしょうね。…改めて規約を読んでみましたが、現状ウチで投稿する物は一切「禁止商品」には該当しませんが、「要修正商品」には一部該当するかもです。

つまり、今後ウチでいつも通りの支援者限定投稿を続けていればいつかは消される、との認識です。（要修正商品に「その他当社が不適切であると判断する表現」って何を指すのか説明のない項目があるのもなー）

2次元は大丈夫だよーって感もありますが、今回の規約で「要修正商品」の内容を指定してきたってことは、今後カ…外部からの圧力により如何様にも制限できるんではないかとの疑惑も払拭できないと思っております。

さて、皆様おわかりの通り全支援プランは爆破されました。

今後、様子を見て支援者限定コンテンツが復活する可能性はありますが、当面はこのままで運用します。

I have read the terms and conditions, and while what I post is not a "banned item", it may be a "product requiring modification".

In other words, I am aware that if I continue to make my usual supporters-only postings, they will be erased at some point in the future.

Some people say that 2-D is okay, but I have specified the contents of "product requiring modification" in the terms and conditions of this agreement. The content of this designation is vague from what I have seen. I believe that this will lead to restrictions on expression at the discretion of the management if there is pressure from outside in the future.

Now, as you all know, the support plan has disappeared.

In the future, I may revive the support-only content. But for the time being, I will continue to post only free content.
