I have read many of Naniwa's works! I must admit, they draw the process of death-acme as you call it beautifully! I can barely describe the invigorating feeling of seeing the girl experience one last sexual release via cumming or birthing, followed by the nosebleed and cold stare implying death. I wish it could end with a smile sometimes, but I can't complain. It’s my own analysis though, I think that Japanese death-acme contains some flavor of ‘wakarase (make women understand how strong men are)’ as its underlying sexual demand (of the Japanese readers). I'm interested in 'several' sexual deaths for Kato (or my sex sleeves) using an AED, which is pretty much inspired by a Twitter post (I forgot who drew it).
