ゴブリンの攻撃行動がなく敗北条件のないこの内容をゲームと呼んでいいのかは謎ですが、まあ最初はこんなもんですわな。

It is a mystery whether we can call this content a game, with no goblin attack actions and no defeat conditions, but, well, that's how it is at first.
