アカウント移行の取りやめについて

10月20日に「来月よりアカウントを移行します」とお知らせしていましたが、アカウントの移行は取りやめる事にしました。

理由として、新形態での対策が思いの外大変そうであったのと、当アカウントでも出来る、比較的楽な対策を発見したからです。

移行先として用意していたアカウントは何かあったときの避難先としてそのまま置いておき、当面は現アカウントを使い続けようと思います。

つきましては、来月からもこちらのアカウントにてご支援いただけると嬉しいです！

新アカウントの方で既に複数名の方にご支援いただいていますが、あちらに有料コンテンツを載せる予定は現時点ではありません。既にご支援いただいた方への特典は後日何か考えます。

ボテ専用アカウントのプラン休止について

今までボテのみのコンテンツも当アカウントの方で投稿していましたが、ジャンルがごった返すのを防ぐために一か月間アカウントを分けてみました。

ただ、思いのほか人を呼び込めなかったり、コンテンツを確保するのが大変だったりと、デメリットの方がかなり大きいというのが実情でした。

また、あちらのアカウントでご支援いただいている方を分析すると、当アカウントでもご支援いただいている方がほとんどでした。

両方ご支援いただくのは大変かと思いますので、今後は別ジャンルのコンテンツもこちらに統合する事にしました。

ごった返し対策として、ジャンルごとに記事一覧を分けようと思います。

おまけ　今後のFANBOXの大まかな方針

今まで、特に8月頃からは質より量を意識して、更新頻度も高めを維持してきました。

ただ、量を確保しようと思うあまり、コンテンツの質の低下が顕著になっているように思いました。

例えば漫画やシーケンスをいろいろな方に作画いただいていましたが、さすがに急激に増やしすぎて質の確保がとても難しかったです。

普段、私は作画担当者様の癖を踏まえて依頼内容を細かく変えているのですが、量を増やそうと躍起になっていたせいで、依頼の相性が良くない状態で依頼してしまっていたのが大きな要因です。

対策として、今後はよりきめ細かな相性を考えて制作を行うようにします。具体的には、工程ごとの作業の分担を行います。

漫画においてはネームやラフ、線画、塗りなど複数の工程がありますが、それぞれの工程ごとに得手不得手があります。その工程ごとに得意な方にご制作いただく事で、作品のクオリティを高めるのが目的です。

代わりに制作費が嵩んだり制作期間が長くなったりというデメリットがありますが、安定したクオリティの作品を制作するため、一先ずこの方法を試してみる次第です。

また、今まではR18の作品が少ない状態でした。これを良しとするかは人それぞれかと思いますが、私としてはいまいち物足りないと感じていました。

今後は積極的にR18要素も取り入れていきたいと考えています。

コンテンツ内容については近いうちにアンケートも取らせていただく予定なので、ご協力のほどお願い申し上げます！

Suspension of the bothe-only account plan

We have been posting bothe-only content on this account, but we decided to separate the accounts for a month to prevent the genres from getting crowded out.

However, the fact is that the disadvantages were considerably larger, such as not being able to attract as many people as expected and the difficulty of securing content.

In addition, when we analyzed the people who supported us on the other account, we found that most of them also supported us on our account.

We think it would be difficult to support both accounts, so we have decided to integrate the contents of different genres into this one from now on.

In order to prevent the confusion, we are going to separate the list of articles by genre.

In addition, the general policy of FANBOX from now on

Up to now, especially since August, we have been conscious of quantity rather than quality and have maintained a high update frequency.

However, in my efforts to ensure quantity, I felt that the quality of the contents has been declining noticeably.

For example, we had a variety of people drawing cartoons and sequences, but as expected, we increased the number of cartoons and sequences too rapidly, making it very difficult to ensure quality.

Normally, I change the content of requests in detail based on the habits of the person in charge of drawing, but because I was so eager to increase the quantity, the major factor was that the requests were made in a state of poor compatibility.

As a countermeasure, in the future, we will consider more detailed compatibility in the production process. Specifically, we will divide work by process.

In manga, there are multiple processes, such as naming, rough sketches, line drawings, and coloring, and each process has its own strengths and weaknesses. The objective is to improve the quality of the work by having the person who is good at each of these processes produce the work.

There are some disadvantages, such as higher production costs and longer production time, but we are trying this method for the time being in order to produce works of consistent quality.

Also, until now, there have been very few R18 films. Whether this is a good thing or not may vary from person to person, but for me, I felt that it was not enough.

We would like to actively incorporate R18 elements in the future.
