im really considering one of the mastodon instances tho idk which is the best. the freedom on those seem super nice even if the audience is lower also haven't really heard of misskey until like yesterday

u dont have to worry about the ip as long as your internet service provider provides a dynamic ip address... but about the phone... u might have to create a new account without linking the phone from the suspended account ( ‘• ω • `)
