Hmm.. It seems only the dick part is working for me, the semen and censored (pixlated) part still not working(I know it's not necessary but it does make it more Japanese style :D). Here is my screenshot: http://picunt.com/p4jyt There's no error/missing mod message as well.

hmmm, are you using both the BetterRepack and HF patch for Koikatsu? Could it be that you're using Koikatsu Sunshine studio? I'm gonna need some time to look into this.

Yes, I am using BetterRepacks with latest HF patch. And I'm using original Koikatsu Studio.

Okay so I re-opened the scene in my studio and it is indeed missing things, but I did add the semen item since I re-did that today and took new screenshots today. Other scenes still work for me but I will re-install Koikatsu Better repack and HF patch tomorrow after I upload the fanbox/pixiv post for this week, I hope I will be able to fix it then.
