「TinyEvil」や「オトコ☆遊び☆ちゃんねる」の子たちも色んな意味でオトコを捕獲してるので実はやってることは大差ないのだが、野生少女たちの場合はもっとこう、ビジュアル的な捕獲感が濃い。

The girls from ”TinyEvil” and ”MEN☆PLAY☆CHANNEL” are also capturing men in many ways, so what they're doing is actually not that different, but in the case of the wild girls, the sense of visual capture is much stronger.

奥の子に持たせる槍、これまで１本だったのを２本に増やしました。

描いてるうちに「連れション」のイメージが固まってきて、だったら得物は自分の分だけじゃなく、友達の分も預かってくれてるだろうな～っと。

塗り分け colour coding

褐色に白髪のキャラクターってよく見ますね。

実在しなさそうなのに、「これしかない！」って思わせる程のこのマッチ感は何なんでしょう。

最近までプリパラにドハマリしていた私はペッパーちゃんを思い出します。

I often see characters with tan and white hair. They don't seem to exist, but they look so perfect that it makes you think, ”This is only one! I was really into Puripara until recently, and this reminds me of Pepper-chan.

背景 background

もっと簡単なシルエット程度でまとめるつもりだったのですが、レイヤーで奥行き重ねただけで思ったよりジャングル感出て良かったです。

よく見ると、ちゃんと陰影つけて描いてるのは女の子が乗ってる２本の樹だけなのが分かると思います。

I had planned to finish it with a simple silhouette, but I'm glad that the layered depth gave it more of a jungle feel than I expected.

If you look closely, you can see that only the two trees with the girl on them are properly shaded.

髪と目 hair and eyes

今回一番こだわったのは？といえばおそらくここ。

背後からの光が透けて輝く髪です。

角度あたりの髪の密度の差で、中央にいくほど光をよく透かし、端にいくほど透けないっていう描き方をしています。

This is probably the part of the pic I was most particular about, the hair that shines through the light from behind. There is a difference in the density of the hair at each angle, so I drew it in such a way that the light shines through more in the center and less at the edges.

もちろん髪型によります。

もっと厳密に言うと髪の端の端はパラついて毛量が減るので光を透かすし、現実の人間の髪はこんなきれいなアーチ状にはならないでしょう。

大事なのは、なんかいい感じに説得力のある絵になるよう、使える理屈を引っ張ってくることです。

Of course, it depends on your hair type. To be more precise, the ends of the hair will let the light through because of the reduced hair volume, and real human hair will not have such a beautiful arch shape. The important thing is to apply a usable logic so that the picture looks convincing.

個人の感性で理屈の取捨選択を許されるのが、創作です。

Selection of logic by individual sensitivity is allowed. That is creation.

ディティール detail

肌に陰影だけでなく、白っぽいとこ、赤っぽいとこ、反射光など、色彩とディティールを加えます。

アクセ類も塗りました。

強さ、地位、仲間意識を示すアイテムでありながら、やっぱりおしゃれしたいんだと思う。かわいい。

Add color and detail to the skin, not only shading, but also whitish areas, reddish areas, and reflected light. I also painted the accessories. They are items that show strength, status, and camaraderie, but I think they also want to be fashionable. So Cute.

木漏れ日 Komorebi

思えば木漏れ日はこれまであまり描いたことのない効果でしたが、やってみると絵の密度と少女たちの風景への馴染み方が上がって気に入りました。

Komorebi (=sunlight filtering through trees) was an effect I hadn't painted much with before. I liked it because it increased the density of the picture and the way the girls fit into the landscape.
