今後のFANBOX運用について (Pixiv Fanbox)

■要約

・現状、FANBOXへの有料プラン投稿は続ける予定

・12月からはCi-enに同じ内容を投稿（検閲が予想外に強かった場合に備えます）

・12月15日の適用日以降に「修正要請」が想定を超えた場合、12月FANBOX支援者様にCi-en無料チケットを発行する予定

・Ci-enには7~11月のFANBOX過去投稿を随時アップ予定（いつCi-enに乗り換えても過去絵は見られる）

先ほどCi-enにも支援サイトを開設しました。以下は経緯です。

■ようやく末日の今日になって規約改定が発表されましたが、実写はNGという明確な文言には安心できたものの、イラストや文字作品に対して

　・児童に対する性的搾取及び性的虐待

　・近親相姦

　・獣姦

　・レイプ(同意のない性的行為)

　・人または体の非合法的な切断

　・その他当社が不適切であると判断する表現

が適用されて「要修正商品」と見なされるかもしれないという不確定要素は払拭できませんでした。

モザイク濃くしてねとか、黒線もう少し太くしなさい、といった程度を超える検閲なのか現状判断しかねます。そこで避難先としてCi-enを開設しました。

内容は

・FANBOXに今後投稿するものと同じ

・投稿したかったが過度な検閲により本来の意図が損なわれたもの

・7~11月のFANBOX過去投稿を随時アップ予定

・毎月のバックナンバー制にはしません（1年単位とかはあるかも…しれない。）

となります。

新しい規約が適用される12月15日以降、予想外の厳しい処分や要請が多発して非公開だらけになった場合、12月中にご支援いただいているかたにCi-enの無料チケットを配布する予定です。

（12月は規制ゆるゆるだったのに1月になった途端に突然厳しくなり始めた、というようなケースは1月がそれに当たります）

■夕方に規約が発表されてから自分にとっての優先事項を色々考えたのですが、ひとまず私が最も避けたいことは「12月にFANBOXでご支援継続してくださった方が12月15日以降に見られないものだらけになってがっかりしてしまうこと」でした。

遅筆と凝り性が原因で常に作業時間が想定オーバーしていますが、現在FANBOXのご支援のおかげでかなり金銭的に補うことができ、満足な作り込みができて大変助かっております。

しかし皮肉にもこれにより

・FANBOXに投稿して追加で金銭を得られるかどうかで描くものを選り好みする

・小さい子や獣姦の投稿NGを恐れて、ご依頼の引き受けを躊躇、選別する

ということに繋がってしまうと、せっかくやりたい仕事をしているのに本末転倒です。

もちろん日本の法律の範囲内ではありますが

・望む内容を制作し、

・金銭的に補助を得ながら存分に時間を費やし、

・コミッションや個人依頼において余計な選別に邪魔されず、

・新しい規約の下でも現在の支援者様がなるべく「損をしない方法」

としてCi-enへの同時投稿によるバックアップを選びました。

混乱させてしまいお詫びしかありませんが、12月15日以降の実際の動向に気をつけていきたいと思います。

■Fantiaじゃないの？という疑問についてですが、あのUIが受け入れられません。

単品でファイルを販売するようなケースとしてはBOOTHがわりに良いかもとは思ってます。

■ひとつ解決していないのは継続特典についてです。

残念ながらCi-enベースで投稿せざるを得なくなった場合、どうやって引き継ごうかなと考えています。

支援履歴をスクショ撮ってgoogleフォームに送ってもらうなど、ものすごい手間をかけてしまいそうなのですが、どうにかうまくできないか先人の方々の例など見ながら考えたいと思います。

■Today, the new terms and conditions of pixiv were announced. They clearly stated that a kind of sexual photo content based on a real person would be restricted.

At the same time, they also said that if they think it is necessary, illustrations and novels must to be "REVISED". It is very confusing and in the end we don't know what is banned and what is censored.

It is very annoying, and I decided to post the same content on Ci-en, and deal with a case of strict censorship.

-Same content as FANBOX

-The works that will be removed due to Pixiv censorship (I hope this will not happen).

-I will post the past content on FANBOX (July to November) bit by bit.

-I will not do a monthly unlock system. (Same as FANBOX)

If pixiv starts strict censorship this month and I have to delete a lot of works, I'll give FANBOX subscribers one month free tickets to the Ci-en.

■I've been thinking about what is most important to me in relation to these kind of patron sites. The last thing I wanted to do was "disappoint those who continued to support me on FANBOX in December, with a lot of deleted contents after December 15th."

I'm a kind of person who needs lots of time to draw a picture, usually I spent far more time drawing than the price I receive. It could be a bad habbit but I can't stop it.

But recently, the support from you guys really help me to draw without feelings of guilt. I appreciate it so much.

Instead of this wonderful drawing environment, there is a danger too. Becoming too dependent on income from FANBOX. It is ridiculous to decide what to draw or choose a commission based on whether or not I can post to FANBOX. Therefore, by posting to Ci-en at the same time, I can have a little flexibility against FANBOX censorship.

■You can continue to support me via FANBOX, or you can change to Ci-en right away, too.

Even though you keep FANBOX and they start strict censorship, I can give you One-month Free tickets for the Ci-en. You will be able to get the same thing.
