[Pokemon] Summer Cynthia - WIP (Pixiv Fanbox)

Hello Here's the WIP of our last illustration of July: Cynthia in swimsuit I literally spent the entire day working on this one, and I am seriously considering deleting everything and restart from the beginning. I haven't had this feeling in a loooong time but I am confused right now. I still wanted to post something tonight to show my progress but it's possible that I start this over tomorrow, I don't know. A night of sleep will help me take a decision. Thank you for your support !
