In second place this month we have Frieren from Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, she's holding a grimoire and casting a spell with her staff so as to make the usual annoying bodily functions no longer an issue. However, the spell backfires and instead of simply removing the need to comply with the call of nature, it just creates a magical diaper that she must now wear.
