Building a Safe Workplace (Pixiv Fanbox)

I'm realizing that keeping to a monthly schedule for "Take Your Daughter to Work Day" can be really detrimental to the overall quality of each piece. The ideas come easily, but it's worthless if I don't take the time to execute them to the best of my ability.

Episode 3 will release in a couple days— almost a month later than I'd estimated. I backed myself into a corner by rushing and using unpolished assets, and the result just wasn't something I wanted to call mine. I made the decision to focus on other animations (Dragon Tamer, Belly of the Beast) while I fixed up the VLVT Agency environment, characters, and props.

And boy have I been busy!

I took the TYDtWD environment into the editor and made countless tweaks and fixes to broken textures, props, and so on. I modified their chairs to swivel and recline. I added smooth corners to low-poly Source models.

—Can you tell which is the before and which is the after? I hope so!
