As far as I looked through in this notice and in their new master terns of use, looks like the stuffs we do here wont be a problem with them anymore? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hallelujah. Definitely sounds like they're just going after real CSAM. They do have that section on "items that need revision" which is a little nebulous and makes it sounds like they reserve the right to nuke whatever they want, but I think any EULA ever written has something like that in it.

Probably not. I'm sure that clause was always present, this is just the first time it's crossed most peoples' radar.

It is a Japanese-style crackdown that creates a gray zone, but basically the problem seems to be products where there are "real victims".
