We take in strays, treat, clean, tag, collar, and register them. Then they can live a happier life here until we find a nice new home for them. But honestly, I don't mind if they stay here for a long time.

Wow.

I don't have any kid to take care of and my wife passed a few years back. These babies fill my days with happiness, so I don't mind spending my retirement fund on them, you know?

I see.

I also cook for each of them. These pups each have their own favorite meal.

That's great!

Anyway, Ms. Setter. I'm glad to have you volunteer with us. These dogs need all the love and care you can give. I also hope they will make you happy as they do to me too.
