Penal Pet: "Bitchy" Age: 25 Status: On a 6 months special contract on a new working pet training program with a pet accessory company and the Federal Bureau of Pettification. after 2 months of crash course obedience training. Under the Human-Pet Protection Service's weekly care and inspection. The "MailPet" Program is a new joint working pet training and accessory development by the bureau and private companies, aiming to put more human pets into the office work environment. Giving a morale boost to employees and a new intra-office document delivery solution. Bitchy is the first of many new working pets in the pilot program starting in many companies in the capitol. The MailPets are working and living in their office in smart kennels during the weekdays, and get to spend fun times playing with other petgirls at the HPPS' centers during the weekend.
