Penal Pet: "Trashy" Age: 19 Status: On a 6 months probation service period after 2 months of crash course obedience training. What would a parent do when their grown, spoiled kid keeps getting in trouble and never regret their mistakes? A high ranking HPPS officer has a unique solution. When his daughter recklessly ran over a man's puppy, He and his wife decided to not bail her out anymore. Instead, as a compensation for the victim, they sent the traumatized owner of the puppy a temporary replacement pet through a newly formed penalty system under the training and care of HPPS officers. Where the troublesome "Trashy" (a new name picked by her new owner) will surely learn important lessons in humility and caring for others. It is also a good opportunity for the bureau to test out a canine communication crash course training with her, as soon as the puppy recover from its injuries. ----- Hi y'all!
