Touka didnt seems to acept the decition Kaneki took after the big battle that just happend days ago, so that provoque her to look everywhere to find him again, she couldnt just let him alone, and eventually she reached where Kaneki is, Kaneki is not a bad guy, and he remember pretty well the time he spent with Touka, so to teach her a lesson in the most smooth way he figure out to dont get involved with him because is dangerous, he got the idea to use his Kagun to wrap her and then tickle her until she understands.
