This image was a rollercoaster. Am I happy with it? I'm gonna be honest: I expected better of myself. It feels a bit all over the place and messy. I can't really tell what the problem is but one thing is for sure: I've never been good with machine bondage and I still have a lot to learn when it comes to that subject. I tried to mix the colors a bit at first but the more I changed, the lesser the image became in my opinion. In the end I settled with a white and clean laboratory look to stick to the story and not create some kind of highly contrasted mess. I hope you like the end result and where this story is going. Let me know in the comments below!

Don't be too hard on yourself :-) I understand how we sometimes want to achieve something and we imagine it one way and no matter what we do the end result is somewhat disappointing to us. Your work is great and the fact that my kink is feet (and you barely have any in your works) and yet I keep on returning and can't wait for more of your stuff, is a testament to how good your stuff is :) But flattery aside, you asked for opinions regarding the piece: If I was able to draw, the one thing I would change is the visor of the helmet (or maybe entire helmet). I'd make it transparent/ made of glass so that viewers could see the expression of drugged Lyana - think it could bring some more life to the drawing.

The helmet might be kind of a problem when making it transparent... See it actually is performing several surgeries at once on her in order to 'modify' her body. (It's sort of the 'surprise' effect that Lyana realizes once she wakes up again and the viewers/readers see what has happened). To put these in view would make it hard to draw and an even more messy image (I think...). This is why I chose a closed off helmet: to hide the many operations and complexity of it. I could've also done a surgery table but I wanted a vertical image, hence the upward or vertical position. Its true what you say however, faces and especially eyes work WONDERS when it comes to images. They tell a lot and a lot of people's attention is drawn towards them. Thank you for your kind words. I guess not every piece can be a masterpiece or a great piece. Sad to hear you're into feet (and I never do them). I do know some great artists however who do feet very well :P

Well, if the helmet is the sort of "what's behind gate number x" surprise for the viewers then I'm all for it then hehe. P.S. You did the tickling crab on the beach piece though! :D

lerra

AHW that actually had feet in it :P One of the few... Although... A new one might be in order soon. I've had several milestones already so. The question is: what will the crab do this time :O

I haven't been able to subscribe lately, but I must say that I loved your Aloy bondage art from a while ago. Keep it up! We love you and the effort you put in!

I think the arm and leg bindings are sublime. The shading and wrinkles look great!

You're too kind! I struggled with the aloy images too (since they were also machine form bondage). Ask Chandra my mod... the amount of times I outed my frustrations... He must not like me anymore :( Again thank you for your kind words <3

I tried to add a little bit of flavour to the image by making the bindings latex alike. I also experimented with plain shading (as if it was leather) and it worked but I liked this a bit more. Glad you like it too!
