(Not sure why but dropbox is creating desktop.ini files in the folders. I might have to remake the folders if they don't go away. I'm not sure if it's harmfull but it has never done that before and deleting it instantly makes it re-appear. For the sake of safety, please don't click on them if you do see it. I have no clue what it does when you do and if clicking them can harm someone's pc. The Tier 1 and 2 folders are the only ones that have this weird bug? glitch?).
